This role offers a base pay starting at $65,000 yearly, with room for growth and increased commissions after a 90-day trial period. Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and existing leads and maintain a robust lead pipeline
• Build rapport with clients and guide them through the sales process
• Collaborate with the team to optimize sales strategies
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Stay organized and efficient with daily tasks
• Participate in property walkthroughs

Requirements

:

• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) or a willingness to learn.
• A basic understanding of the real estate market or sales industry (preferred but not required).
• A competitive spirit and results-driven mindset; eager to exceed sales targets.
• Ability to work independently while also being a team player, contributing to group efforts.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet when handling client objections or challenges.
• A growth mindset, open to learning new techniques, strategies, and tools to improve sales performance.
• Basic technical proficiency, including experience with Google Suite.
