Medical Device Sales / Hearing Aid Specialist Location: Hampton Roads Southside | Full-Time | $50,000 -$100,000/year (No Commission Cap!) Beltone Hearing Aid Center is on a mission to help people hear better and live better. We specialize in fitting the latest hearing devices, repairing existing ones, and working with major insurance providers -- all while offering flexible financing options to ensure our patients get the care they need. We're growing, and we're looking for a motivated Medical Device Sales / Hearing Aid Specialist to join our team on the Southside of Hampton Roads! What You 'll Do:

• Diagnose hearing loss and recommend personalized hearing solutions.
• Fit, adjust, and service hearing aids.
• Drive sales by delivering exceptional patient experiences.
• Conduct hearing tests and maintain accurate patient records.
• Consult with patients about insurance coverage and financing solutions.
• Build lasting relationships with patients, earning their trust and referrals. What We 're Looking For:
• 3+ years of proven success in sales (medical device sales preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with follow-up.
• Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of audiology or hearing aid technology is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. Not licensed yet? We offer a paid apprenticeship program!
• Training Duration: Minimum 6 months.
• License: We cover the cost of your Hearing Aid Specialist license training.
