Produce Company in the downtown area seeking independent and motivate employee to help service our customers. Must be available to work weekends. We offer paid PTO , Benefits and 401k, start time is 2am. Job Description * Processing sales transactions and taking payments * Calculating the cost of products or services * Calculating and returning change for cash transactions * Maintaining adequate change denominations and requesting additional change * Answering customer questions about products or services and providing recommendations based on customer needs * Creating sales order * Reconciling cash drawers and sales receipts * Reporting issues with equipment * Scanning and uploading files * Responding to and resolving customer complaints and concerns * Processing returns and exchanges Competencies * Results oriented * Customer focused * Business and people acumen * Team Player * Bilingual is a plus (English - Spanish) Job Types: Full-time, Temporary Pay: From $18.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * Morning shift Experience: * Customer service: 2 years (Required) Language: * Spanish (Preferred) Work Location: In person
