Full description of the position

Overview

Top producer looking for an experienced real estate assistant with availability to work Monday through Friday from 10-4pm. Must be a licensed real estate agent. Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a customer service mindset, and a passion for the real estate industry. Please, do not apply if you are not a LICENSED REALTOR with real estate assistant experience.

Duties
  • Work with a top producer, assisting during sales process as needed including preparing documents and talking with buyers.
  • Schedule and coordinate open houses and properties, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
  • Help write contracts including CA purchase agreements and/or lease agreements.
  • Coordinate the escrow sales processes.
  • Meet home inspectors, appraisers, and contractors.
  • Complete agent visual inspection reports.
  • Create repair requests based on findings of inspections and coordinate repairs, including finding and scheduling appropriate service providers and checking the work once it is done.
  • Conduct some final walk throughs.
  • Assist in maintaining database management and client contacts.
  • Help manage property listings on multiple platforms and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assist in preparation of all marketing materials for listings, including brochures, open house flyers, online advertisements and social media posts.
  • Run errands, as needed Experience
  • Must have experience as a licensed real estate assistant
  • Strong Administrative skills, proficient with the MLS and CAR Forms
  • Multi-tasker with strong organizational abilities.
  • Expert knowledge of the real estate sales process.
  • Professional demeanor and communication style are a must. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week Schedule:
