Job Summary ANTICPATED OTE (based on existing experience and performance): $36,800-$41,000 We are seeking a full-time sales associate/manager to work in a storefront and attached inventory warehouse. We are a safety footwear distribution company. We are looking for a team oriented individual who is willing to be flexible and receptive to on-the-job responsibilities. Must be able to work well as a team member. Must be reliable and be able to be on time for every work day. Must be astute in following directions. Must be flexible in what the day-to- day workload brings and able to work well with customers. Must be able to lift at least 10lb+ boxes if necessary. Monday through Friday 8:30AM - 5:00 PM, No Weekends We are looking for a new team member to help establish us in the Irondale, AL market. Incentives include: benefits, base salary, commission offered on ALL sales made from the store, based on gross sales percentage. Commission paid out every month with additional gross commission incentive at the end of the year. Responsibilities and Duties Be able to learn a basic point of sale system to complete sales transactions. Excellent customer service. Be able to track pending product orders and follow-up with customers. Help track/maintain mobile store schedules. Work directly with district sales manager to establish agency and knowledge with local customer base. Become knowledgeable of our product to be able to recommend and sell. Punctuality, guaranteed availability and adherence to work schedule. Qualifications and Skills Basic to intermediate experience using Microsoft Windows PC is expected. Basic to intermediate experience using E-mail applications and some Microsoft office applications (viewing spreadsheets, etc.) if needed is a plus.
