Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team at Orange County Windustrial. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with clients in your designated territory. You will leverage your expertise in sales to identify opportunities, upsell products, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mechanical, Industrial, HVAC and/or Plumbing Sales. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients within your assigned territory. * Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs. * Track sales activities and report to Management on a weekly basis. * Execute direct sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. * Engage in upselling techniques to maximize revenue from existing accounts. * Collaborate with inside sales teams to ensure seamless communication and support for customer needs. * Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our products and expand your network. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Experience * Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the Mechanical, Industrial, HVAC and/or Plumbing industries. * Familiarity with territory management practices and strategies. * Strong understanding of direct sales techniques, including upselling and relationship building. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively. * Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
