Key Responsibilities

:

• SALES: Collaborate with the Sales Manager to refine your skills and become a top-performing sales team member.
• CRM: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in Salesforce to ensure high performance.
• CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT: Understand the costs and benefits of roofing systems from the customer's perspective, aiding them in decision-making.
• RELATIONSHIPS: Build and maintain strong relationships with General Contractors and customers, ensuring long-term success.

Qualifications

:

• EXPERIENCE: 1-5 years in Commercial Roofing, Construction, or a similar industry, with a focus on sales and marketing.
• EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience.
• SKILLS: Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, and Bluebeam.
