About Us

Nosta Sauna Lounge is a wellness-focused sauna lounge located in the Mission Viejo Marketplace. We're here to help people build stronger, healthier lives through the timeless tradition of sauna therapy. Our space is designed to feel welcoming, genuine, and rooted in balance -- and we're looking for someone who truly shares that spirit. We're currently hiring a dependable, motivated Part-Time Sales Associate who is passionate about wellness, customer care, and building real connections. We're hoping to find someone who's looking for a place to stay and grow -- someone we can trust and invest in long-term. Position Details

• 8-24 hours a week
• Mix of weekday, evening, and weekend shifts
• Paid training provided
• Free sauna membership
• Hourly rate + commission
• Must live within 10 miles of our lounge A few important notes:
• We're looking for someone who's genuinely friendly, outgoing, and excited to know our members -- not just sell to them.
• You should feel comfortable occasionally appearing on our social media (Instagram Reels, Stories, etc.) as part of our community presence.
• We're building a small, tight-knit team. Reliability, kindness, and a strong work ethic are a must. Preferred Experience
• 1+ year in membership sales
• 1+ year in customer service

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, high-level service to every client
• Help customers select memberships and packages that fit their wellness goals
• Educate clients about sauna therapy and Nosta's unique offerings
• Build genuine, lasting relationships with members
• Manage appointments and memberships through MindBody Software
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lounge at all times
• Clean and sanitize each sauna room thoroughly after every session to ensure a spotless, safe environment for every client
• Assist with laundry duties (washing, drying, folding towels)
• Confidently answer questions about services and facility

Qualifications

• Strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills
• Reliable, trustworthy, and self-motivated
• Passion for health, wellness, and helping others
• Comfortable occasionally being on social media
• Attention to detail and able to handle cash/card transactions accurately
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
