Full description of the position

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, project management, and sales, with a proven ability to negotiate and foster customer relationships. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic plans, and managing key client accounts to ensure long-term success. This will start out as a 1099 position and commission only pay. There are opportunities for bonuses and room for advancement into a salaried position based off of performance, dedication, and attitude. Responsibilities * Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. * Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate new markets. * Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals. * Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. * Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce, to track leads, manage accounts, and analyze sales data. * Prepare regular reports on business development activities, market trends, and competitive landscape. Skills * Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field. * Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. * Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures. * Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software; experience with Salesforce is preferred. * Strategic planning capabilities with a keen understanding of market dynamics. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and stakeholders. * Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making. * Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok experience preferred, but can be taught. This can be a full time or part time position. Looking to hire 2-3 people that are local to the Indianapolis area and 2-3 people that are remote. Full time positions require a minimum of 30 hours a week and part time positions require a minimum of 20 hours a week.
