The Territory Manager should effectively manage and grow a designated sales territory in the Forest Park, GA area with a strong commitment to results. We are looking for someone who is a highly motivated individual with strong work habits involving customer service in a variety of activities and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must be located within the territory.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Grow territory sales revenue by adding new customers.
• Manage and develop existing customer base.
• Perform sales responsibilities in a "consultant-like" relationship with customers.
• HVAC knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Work independently or in a group setting.
• Train and support customer needs.
• Be accountable for results.
• Reporting and budgeting.
• Other responsibilities as assigned. Competencies
• Minimum of 3 years of HVAC experience.
• Must be proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Execute marketing programs by working through contractor customers.
• Must have excellent interpersonal/communication skills.
• Must be a self-starter capable of working independently. Job Type: Full-time
