Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing client accounts, ensuring seamless communication, and supporting the sales process. This position requires strong negotiation skills and the ability to foster relationships with clients while effectively managing their needs. Duties * Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure agreements that align with company objectives. * Collaborate closely with the sales team to support technical sales initiatives and drive revenue growth. * Conduct warm calling to prospective clients, introducing them to our services and products. * Assist in market research to identify new opportunities and trends within the industry. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions, account status, and sales activities in our CRM system. * Provide leadership support by mentoring junior team members and sharing best practices in account management. Requirements * Proven experience in account management or a related field, preferably within technology sales. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly. * Demonstrated negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures. * Familiarity with sales processes and techniques, including warm calling strategies. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. * A passion for technology and an eagerness to stay updated on industry trends.
