Description: * Work closely with the sales team in managing our broker relationships and new business opportunities. * Develop and maintain relationships with our broker partners, their clients and our carrier partners. * Continually develop knowledge of employee benefits offerings such as: dental, life, disability, vision, accident, critical illness, and medical. * Provide prompt, efficient, high-quality service to our broker partners and clients. * Manage flow of Requests For Proposal to our carrier partners. * Ensure we receive quotes in a timely manner and review for accuracy. * Compare current benefits with quotes and determine the best options and recommendations for our broker and employer clients. Requirements: * Required, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: * Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. * Comfortable presenting to clients on the phone, in person, or via webinar. * Ability to learn new information and processes quickly. * Sense of urgency and strong sense of pride in their work. * Thrives in team environment. The qualified candidate should have the following: * Employee benefits industry experience is not required but preferred. * Self-motivated and goal oriented. * Strong organizational, time management and follow-through skills. * Highly proficient in the basics of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe. * Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal. * Life and Health license preferred or willing to become licensed within a certain time frame of employment to be determined when hired. Physical Requirements: * Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. * Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
