Are you an experienced HVAC professional ready to take your skills in a new direction? Do you enjoy solving complex problems, working with people, and building long-term relationships? Brooks Building Solutions is seeking two motivated HVAC Service & Sales Account Executives, one based in Jacksonville and one in Tallahassee. These roles are ideal for technically strong HVAC professionals who are ready to grow into client-facing sales and account management positions. Prior sales experience is not required, we'll provide the support and training you need to succeed. Location: Jacksonville, FL (1); Tallahassee, FL (1) Compensation * $80,000 base salary plus commission (realistic six-figure earnings potential). * $700/month car allowance plus paid fuel. Key Responsibilities * Build relationships with building owners, facility managers, and property professionals to support their mechanical, electrical, and building automation needs. * Identify and develop new business opportunities through site visits, networking, and proactive outreach. * Develop and present service agreement proposals, system upgrades, and retrofit solutions. * Survey, estimate, and close HVAC replacement and maintenance projects. * Support and grow existing client relationships while managing multiple sales priorities. * Collaborate with service and operations teams to ensure smooth project handoff and execution. * Represent Brooks at industry events and networking functions to strengthen client relationships and stay informed. What We 're Looking For * Strong technical background in HVAC service, installation, operations, or controls. * Ability to read mechanical drawings and understand HVAC system design and performance. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Self-driven and organized, with a willingness to learn and apply sales strategy. * Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
