Now Hiring: Sales Associate We're looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our team! In this role, you'll assist customers with selecting and purchasing furniture, appliances, and outdoor products , while also handling clerical duties and operating the cash register to ensure smooth daily operations. What You'll Do: * Greet and assist customers with product selection and sales * Handle cash register operations and basic clerical tasks * Create price tags and help keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked * Move and arrange merchandise as needed What We Offer: * Average yearly earnings of $35,000 (includes hourly pay + commission) * Weekly pay on your hourly rate * Monthly commission bonuses * Paid time off * Employee discounts * IRA savings plan What We 're Looking For: * Comfortable using Microsoft Office , email, and social media * Strong sales skills and a love for helping people * Great communication , time management , and organization * Previous experience in sales or customer service * Fluent in Spanish and English is a big plus!
