Job Summary This role is designed for those eager to expand their leadership skills and make a tangible impact on our local small business' success. OUR HOURS ARE 9AM-6PM TUES-FRI; 9AM-5PM SAT; Sunday by catering appointments only (Must be available to work during these hours) (Saturdays are mandatory) What You Can Expect From This Role: * A Balanced Approach: Engage with a proven business concept that provides both structure and the freedom to innovate. Influence team routines, product presentation, and store visibility. * Leadership Impact: You will train and support your team, fostering a positive and productive work environment. * Hands-on Involvement: Actively participate in all facets of our operation, from crafting charcuterie boards to engaging with customers. * Marketing Engagement: Assist in local marketing efforts, manage social media content, spearhead promotions, and engage in community outreach. * Direct Interaction: Daily interactions with customers, vendors, and team members will be a cornerstone of your role, building strong community ties. * Growth Opportunities: Show initiative and reliability, bringing new ideas to the table, with ample room for advancement in responsibilities. Other Responsibilities include: - Assemble visually stunning charcuterie grazing boards using a variety of fresh and high-quality ingredients - Coordinate with clients to understand their preferences, dietary restrictions, and event themes - Arrange food items in an aesthetically pleasing manner, considering color, texture, and balance - Stay updated on current food trends and incorporate innovative ideas into your creations - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards while handling food items - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of events - Occasional marketing (calls, pass out flyers) - Delivery (21 or older) Requirements -Must be 21 years old or older - Artistic skills with an eye for detail is helpful - Excellent organizational and time management abilities - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices (training available) - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members You Might Be a Great Fit If: * You excel in a detailed-oriented environment and remain calm under pressure. * You are comfortable with meeting new people and speaking in front of groups, enhancing our outreach and engagement. * You have experience in food service, catering, or hospitality and are looking to step up in your career. * You possess strong communication skills and lead with integrity. * You are skilled at using social media to enhance business visibility and engagement. * You are certified (or willing to become certified) in ServeSafe Food Protection.
