The Role As a Part-Time Sales Manager , you will play a key role in driving revenue growth, improving customer acquisition, and increasing retention. This position is ideal for a hands-on professional with experience in direct-to- consumer (DTC) e-commerce sales and customer-centric sales strategies. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is data-driven, and has a strong ability to optimize sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies to drive revenue and meet growth targets.
• Manage and support a small sales team, ensuring strong performance and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing to align sales initiatives with branding and acquisition efforts.
• Track key sales metrics and provide data-driven insights to optimize sales performance.
• Enhance customer retention through exceptional post-purchase engagement.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in e-commerce, DTC, or consumer products.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and improve sales conversion rates.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using sales data to inform strategy.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
• Experience in hearing aids, healthcare, or consumer electronics is a plus but not required. This is a part-time role, offering flexibility while making a meaningful impact on our sales success. Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $60,000.00 per year Schedule:
