The Role As a Part-Time Sales Manager , you will play a key role in driving revenue growth, improving customer acquisition, and increasing retention. This position is ideal for a hands-on professional with experience in direct-to- consumer (DTC) e-commerce sales and customer-centric sales strategies. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is data-driven, and has a strong ability to optimize sales performance. Key Responsibilities * Execute sales strategies to drive revenue and meet growth targets. * Manage and support a small sales team, ensuring strong performance and customer engagement. * Collaborate with marketing to align sales initiatives with branding and acquisition efforts. * Track key sales metrics and provide data-driven insights to optimize sales performance. * Enhance customer retention through exceptional post-purchase engagement. * Stay informed on industry trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth. Qualifications * 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in e-commerce, DTC, or consumer products. * Proven ability to drive revenue growth and improve sales conversion rates. * Strong analytical skills with experience using sales data to inform strategy. * Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. * Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment. * Experience in hearing aids, healthcare, or consumer electronics is a plus but not required. This is a part-time role, offering flexibility while making a meaningful impact on our sales success.
