Job Summary

: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Sales-Design Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent design skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients. As a Sales-Design Specialist, you will be responsible for generating leads, developing design concepts, and closing sales. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine sales and design expertise to drive business growth and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

:

• Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Understand client needs and develop customized design solutions that meet their requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to gather design specifications, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Create visually appealing design proposals, including 2D and 3D renderings, floor plans, and product specifications.
• Present design concepts to clients, addressing their questions and concerns.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close sales deals.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless execution and delivery of design projects.
• Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors to provide clients with the latest design options.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.

Qualifications

:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the design industry.
• Strong design skills and proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Chief Architect, 2020 etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with clients and understand their needs.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of current design trends and materials.
• A passion for sales, design, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Education and Experience

:

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in sales and design roles is highly desirable.
