Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Realtor to join our team. As a Realtor, you will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. Duties: - Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties - Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices - Provide guidance and advice to clients on real estate transactions - Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements - Coordinate property showings and open houses - Prepare and present offers to clients and facilitate negotiations - Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends and changes in regulations - Collaborate with other real estate professionals such as mortgage brokers, appraisers, and lawyers Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong negotiation skills - Customer service-oriented mindset - Knowledge of real estate law and regulations - Fluent in Spanish (bilingual/multilingual is a plus) - Organizational skills to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously - Proficient in real estate administrative tasks - Sales-driven attitude with the ability to meet targets If you are a motivated individual with a passion for real estate and excellent customer service skills, we would love to hear from you.
