Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to all customers - Assist customers in finding and selecting products - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Stock shelves and merchandise products as needed - Answer customer inquiries and provide product information - Meet or exceed sales goals and targets - Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue - Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy Qualifications: - Previous experience in retail sales is preferred - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Strong organizational skills to maintain a tidy sales floor - Multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, is a plus - Knowledge of electronics sales is an advantage - Familiarity with cash registers and basic math skills - Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively - Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone We offer competitive pay and benefits packages, including employee discounts on products.
