Local Sales Associate 15 - 20 hours per week Big Blue Swim School is a fast-growing company that gives kids the skills they need to feel confident in the water. With our new pool opening in Torrance, CA we're hiring outgoing team members to help spread the word about our programs. We are seeking enthusiastic and friendly people to join our team as part-time local Sales Associates. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our swim school by speaking with families, distributing information, and increasing awareness about our programs. Sales Associate Responsibilities: * Distribute flyers, brochures, and promotional materials at events, parks, schools, and local businesses. * Speak with families to share information about our swim school and answer basic questions. * Assist with outreach events, including farmers' markets, fairs, and schools. * Promote special offers and sign up customers. * Build relationships with local businesses. * Represent our brand professionally at all times. * Provide feedback to management on marketing opportunities. Sales Associate Qualifications: * Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable engaging with the public. * Strong communication skills. * Self-motivated and able to work independently. * Interest in water safety and swimming is a plus. * Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed. Hours may fluctuate between 15-20 hours per week. * Must have reliable transportation to visit multiple sites throughout the workday on a structured schedule We offer: * $17.28 per hour plus opportunity for commission * 401(k) * Career opportunities with a growing company We look forward to hearing from you!
