We are looking for a New Home Advisor to join our team in the Carthage, NC area. We are looking for YOU!*This position requires frequent travel to our Cary, NC office. __*WHO YOU ARE * A Strong Communicator. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Responsible for leading prospective customers through beginning of homebuying process within assigned communities and assist throughout the full customer experience * Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals and standards within assigned communities * Serve as primary point of contact with customers from contract to close to achieve a successful customer experience * Generate traffic for communities through realtor outreach, collaborating with Marketing department, and following up with past prospects * Monitor and record data within the sales platform and prepare periodic reports in a timely manner REQUIREMENTS * High School degree or equivalent and 2 years of experience in homebuilding, sales, customer service, or related field required * Active North Carolina Real Estate license and knowledge of the greater Raleigh area required * Demonstrated ability to close sales in a professional manner * Demonstrated ability to provide a successful customer experience within a deadline-driven environment with multiple priorities * Ability to adapt to change by acquiring and mastering new skills * Must be able to work weekends, some holidays, and some evenings REWARDS As a progressive organization meeting the needs of a diverse workforce, in addition to the standard competitive benefits package we also offer 10 holidays as well as adoption benefits, excellent health care benefits, HHHunt rental discounts, and education assistance-to name just a few.
