Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. This role is essential in driving sales and building strong relationships with clients. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services while ensuring compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA. Duties * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up. * Conduct telemarketing efforts to identify potential leads and convert them into sales opportunities. * Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for growth. * Engage in outside sales activities, including meeting clients at their locations to present products and services. * Provide information on benefits administration to clients as needed. * Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales targets and objectives. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Skills * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. * Knowledge of HIPAA regulations as they pertain to the industry. * Experience in telemarketing and outside sales preferred. * Familiarity with retail sales techniques and strategies. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients. * Ability to analyze data and market trends for informed decision-making. * Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as this will enhance client interactions. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
