Exciting Full-Time In-Home Sales Employment Opportunity! (Commission Only) Due to the continued growth of our company, we have an immediate opening for a Sales Closer/Landscape Designer/Install Manager. Successful experience with Sales & Leadership, preferably in the Home Improvement Industry and/or Hardscape/Landscape Design/Installation is sought. We are looking for candidates who are driven, proactive, confident, self-motivated, and have knowledge of the local area. To learn more about our company, please visit our website at: [please apply online] Job Responsibilities: * Professionally represent Black Diamond Paver Stones and Landscape, Inc. through direct interaction with clients, crews, staff, and vendors. * Meet with qualified prospective clients on pre-set appointments and conduct a needs analysis to develop a suitable and desirable hardscape/landscape design (2D, 3D) and estimate. * Conduct a professional presentation for our hardscape/landscapes/accessories and outdoor living environments. * Sketch and Measure projects for proposal development. * Use Microsoft Excel worksheets (templates) to develop project estimates. * Present and close a comprehensive, detailed proposal to prospective clients. * Act as primary contact with clients and oversee design to completion. * Occasionally promote Black Diamond at local Home and Garden Shows.
