Become a Final Arrangements Sales Counselor and assist families in making informed decisions about their final arrangements. Primary Responsibilities: To generate sales by servicing new & current cemetery clients. * Specific Duties: * Prospect every day - Make the necessary telephone contacts with prospective customers to maintain an ample supply of leads via cold, at-need, pre-need follow-up & seminars. * Meet and exceed established sales quotas. * Assist families at the time of a death to arrange meaningful celebrations of life that appropriately reflect the life of the person being laid to rest. * Follow up with all families and generate new referrals. * Obtain permanent record files and genealogy on all sales. * Personal deliveries of deed, legal work and coupons (obtain permanent record files & referrals). * Enter all clients and new prospects with notes into CRM System and follow up with a proven method of success that generates more sales for you. * Promote preplanning to affiliations of cemeteries to include, but not limited to: * Family & friends of the deceased who are interred in cemetery. * Community members. * Organizations, associations and churches within the community. * What We 're Looking For: * __ Combination of strong customer service with sales background * Strong networking and prospecting abilities. * Exceptional customer service and communication skills with a combination of compassion and empathy * A results-oriented mindset and passion for closing sales. * Excellent follow-up and follow-through.
