Overview

: We are urgently seeking a friendly and efficient Front Desk Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, managing inventory, scheduling etc, and utilizing their retail skills to drive product sales. This role is responsible for providing a welcoming experience for customers, handling check-in, check- out, and supporting any operational needs.

Responsibilities

:

• Greet customers and provide a warm and inviting atmosphere
• Manage check-in, check-out, and handle customer payments
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and inventory management
• Utilize retail math skills to accurately handle payments, credit card transactions, and discounts
• Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Support the store's operational needs by performing tasks such as stocking, facing merchandise, and opening/closing the store
• Upsell and promote products to customers to drive sales and increase revenue
• Supervise and assist other team members as needed
• Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
• Perform other duties as required to ensure the smooth operation of the store
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients Skills:
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
• English is mandatory and Spanish language is an asset
• Strong selling skills and ability to upsell products
• Ability to stock and manage inventory
• Med Spa Sales: 2 years (Required)
• Familiarity with the Boulevard software is preferable
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Previous sales experience, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or medical spa industry
• Basic knowledge of aesthetic treatments and products, Laser treatments, including CoolSculpting, EMSculpt , injectables and fillers, etc is highly valued Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
