Job Overview We are looking for a few like-minded sales professionals to join KTZ USA and collaborate to achieveoutstanding results. The job responsibilities of a sales position 1. Market expansion and customer mining: Develop new customers and establish cooperation throughvisiting modification shops, repair shops, racing teams, 4S stores and other channels like participatetrade show etc. 2. Order processing and delivery: Complete quotation, contract signing, order tracking, and deliverycoordination to ensure timely delivery. 3. Maintain existing customer relationships, regularly follow up on customer needs, and resolveafter-sales issues (such as returns and exchanges, order tracking). 4. Customer demand analysis: Recommend suitable accessories based on customer vehicle models andusage scenarios, and provide technical solutions. 5. Collect customer feedback, organize market trends (such as competitor trends and price fluctuations),and assist in adjusting sales strategies. 6. Develop a personal sales plan and execute it.
