Telemarketing Manager Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call Center Supervisor to join our team. As a Call Center Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of telemarketers and driving sales through inbound and outbound calls. Your main goal will be to achieve sales targets, increase revenue, and maintain high standards of customer service. Call Center Supervisor Responsibilities * Develop and implement telemarketing strategies and campaigns to generate leads, increase sales, and meet monthly targets. * Oversee a team of telemarketers, providing guidance, coaching, and training to maximize their performance. * Confirming appointments for the canvassing team * Data entry * Monitor and evaluate telemarketing calls to ensure quality standards are met and provide feedback to improve performance. * Create and maintain a positive and motivating work environment that encourages team collaboration and individual growth. * Conduct regular sales meetings to review progress, share best practices, and provide training on new products or promotions. * Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. * Collaborate with marketing partners and sales teams to align telemarketing efforts with overall business objectives and strategies. * Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly. * Track and report on telemarketing performance and present findings to senior management. * Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies during telemarketing activities. Call Center Supervisor- Required Skills * Proven work experience as a Call Center Supervisor or similar role. * Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. * Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving targets. * Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships over the phone. * Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding sales goals and driving revenue growth. * Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful insights to enhance telemarketing strategies. * Proficiency in using telemarketing dialing software and CRM systems. ( Go High Level ) ( Hot Prospector ) * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. * Knowledge of telemarketing confirmation skills * Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Required Qualifications * Experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field. * Proven experience in telemarketing, preferably in a managerial role. * Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies. * Proficiency in MS Office suite. * Advanced CRM skills ( Go High Level ) ( Hot Prospector ) * Exceptional problem-solving skills. * Ability to handle objections and difficult situations with professionalism and tact. * Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $1,200.00 - $1,400.00 per week Schedule: * 10 hour shift * 12 hour shift * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
