Company Overview: We are a rapidly growing distributor of premium residential flooring products, looking for a high-performing Sales Representative to grow our presence in the Washington and Oregon markets. If you're experienced in flooring sales, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and bring a strong work ethic to everything you do, we want to connect. Key Responsibilities: * Call on residential flooring dealers across WA and OR to promote and sell our full line of flooring products (hardwood, vinyl, laminate, and more) * Develop strong relationships with store owners, managers, and sales teams to drive consistent sales growth * Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory * Product Knowledge, training, and stay actively engaged with dealer accounts * Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets with a strong sense of urgency Requirements: * Proven experience in residential flooring sales or related industry * Established knowledge of the Washington and Oregon flooring dealer market is strongly preferred * Strong work ethic and a self-starter mentality * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Must have a reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license * Must be willing to travel frequently within the territory Compensation & Benefits: * Competitive base salary + uncapped commission * Monthly car allowance * Company-paid expense account * Travel reimbursement and product training * Flexible, remote-based role with the freedom to manage your own territory * Opportunity to grow with a dynamic and expanding company Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: * Commission pay Education: * High school or equivalent (Required) Experience: * flooring sales: 2 years (Required) * wholesale flooring: 1 year (Required) License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) Work Location: On the road
