Responsibilities

to Fulfilling Broadway Papers Mission: Engage in the highest level of customer service Provide high quality, one-of-a-kind merchandise. Core Functions: Provide superior customer service and leadership. Open and close the store Protecting store assets and products, including cash handling. Prioritizing tasks and delegating based on the store and customer needs. Overseeing, coaching, and teaching associates to provide high quality and personalized experience. Leading day to day retail operations according to set standards. Maintain a clean, well-organized store. Facilitate a safe and secure shopping and working environment. Communication with management regarding operations, while upholding expectations. Assist with associate training and ensuring proficiency in luxury services. : $16 per hour Flexible hours Paid Time Off The perfect Candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications: 1 year of retail management experience

• Must be at least 18 years of age High school diploma or equivalent Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages/ Knowledge of cash handling procedures including cashier accountability and credit card processing. Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Understanding of safety and security policies and practices. Ability to stay calm under pressure, multi-task, and adjust priorities based on business needs. Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
