Overview

Bridge Trading Corporation has been serving the window covering industry for over 25 years, providing high-quality shutters, blinds, and roller shades to dealers across Southern California. In addition to our premium products, we offer an exclusive dealer support tool -- Quickdealz , a proprietary quoting and ordering platform designed to simplify and accelerate the sales process. We are expanding and looking for experienced and motivated Wholesale Sales Representatives to join our team!

Responsibilities

:

• Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with window covering dealers, designers, contractors, and retail partners.
• Actively prospect for new accounts and grow existing accounts in the Southern California market.
• Present and promote our product lines (shutters, blinds, roller shades) to prospective and current dealers.
• Educate dealers on using Quickdealz , our exclusive quoting and ordering platform, to streamline their sales operations.
• Conduct on-site dealer visits, product demonstrations, and training sessions as needed.
• Work closely with the internal team to ensure excellent customer service and support.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

:

• Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience in shutters, blinds, or related window covering products.
• Existing dealer/customer network is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently.
• Ability to educate and onboard customers to use digital tools (Quickdealz platform).
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the local market area.
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems and mobile sales tools. Why Join Us?
