Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our Furniture and Design Sales Team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong background in furniture sales, or sales in general. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers while driving sales and maintaining a high level of detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their furniture needs.
• Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries regarding products and services.
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
• Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
• Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Demonstrate effective phone etiquette when handling customer calls.

Qualifications

• Sales experience, furniture sales preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
• Ability to upsell products and create a positive shopping experience for customers.
• Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply to better serve our diverse clientele.
• Strong supervisory skills are a plus, with the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
• A friendly demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills is essential for success in this role. Weekends required. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
