OPOC.us (One Point of Care) is seeking full-time Inside Sales Representatives to join our team located in Worthington, OH. This is an exciting opportunity to be the engine that powers our organization, making an immediate impact on the growth and success of our business by initiating contact with potential new clients through phone calls, social media and email outreach. Successful candidates will be self-motivated, high-energy, and detail oriented. We are looking for individuals who enjoy a fast-paced, team environment and are committed to providing excellent customer service. Key qualifications to succeed in this role include: * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Previous success in performance-based sales or customer service a plus. * Comfortable interacting with C-suite decision makers and business owners. * The ability to learn databases, CRM or other software to track prospect progress. * Ability to convey the benefits of OPOC's products and services confidently and clearly. * Proven experience and comfort with speaking roles in zoom meetings and phone calls. * Candidates must be self-motivated and responsible. Compensation: Overall target compensation of $83,000.00+ per year with significant incentives for driven individuals.
