IMMEDIATE MANAGER: General Sales Manager DIRECT REPORT: Account Sales Managers PURPOSE OF THIS JOB: The DM is responsible for overall daily sales in their respective area of the market. They manage, drive, and inspire best in class in sales and delivery. KEY RESPONSIBILITES: Managing Expectations - Lead, coach, develop a highly capable team on sales and distribution objectives - Ensure all processes and routines are being executed consistently Execution - Evaluate market conditions, competition, share, along with other KPI's - Ensure Red Bull looks like #1 Beverage in all accounts and its winning vs. competition Minimum Experience and

: - DSD Experience preferred - Strong leadership skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Computer skills in Word, Power Point, and Excel are preferred Physical

- Employee must be able to regularly lift 25lbs & frequently lift more - Employee may be required to run a route on occasion - Employee must be able to pass a DOT Physical - Employee frequently is required to walk and sit - Employee is occasionally required to stand and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl Job Type: Full-time Pay: $58,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
