Overview

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while accurately processing transactions. This role requires a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as effective communication with diverse customers is essential.

Duties

• Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions with accuracy.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their purchases.
• Assist in wrapping orders for customers
• Conduct product demonstrations to enhance customer engagement and promote sales.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and store policies to effectively assist customers.
• Assist in stocking shelves and organizing merchandise to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
• Supervise junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Utilize basic math skills to ensure accurate cash handling and change distribution.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and improve store performance. Experience
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is advantageous.
• Basic math skills are essential for handling transactions accurately.
