Experienced Business Development Center (BDC) Representative wanted Job Description Working at Mercedes-Benz of Scottsdale - AMG Performance Center BDC Representative is a well-informed consultant in our Sales and Service department. The Mercedes BDC Representative confidently schedules service and Sales appointments for each department with customers in an attractive and highly informative fashion that promotes a prompt sale and friendly service. Essential Functions * Completes outbound calls based with a focus on lead generation activities for new car, used car and service drive marketing programs Respond to inbound internet leads by phone, text message, and email * Schedules sales appointments * Confirms all sales appointments * Reschedules missed sales appointments * Books appointments based on maintenance schedule per brand and in accordance with company policies and manufacturers specifications * Assists with answering customer inquiries and problems by routing customer to the contact and or department * Ability to work Full Time including Saturdays and some evenings. * Confident, pleasant and professional phone voice * Possess time management skills and be able to work independently * Not scared of the word "No" * Good verbal and written communication skills * Self-motivation * Work with department manager to set monthly goals and reach forecasting objectives * Take direction well * Must like being part of a TEAM The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma/GED, a minimum of 1-year phone customer service experience with a proven performance record, professional appearance, outgoing personality, and a willingness to continuously prospect in order to sell on an ongoing basis.
