JOB OVERVIEW As Outside Sales Representative at AndroMagnus Regenerative Men's Health, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and building partnerships with local businesses that have access to a complementary customer base, such as medical spas, gyms, golf clubs, country clubs, and resorts. You will also have the opportunities to attend outside sales and community events to establish new leads, schedule patient evaluations and sell products and services offered by AndroMagnus to new clientele. This position requires travel around the Jacksonville Metro area for events and business outreach. DUTIES - Engage with businesses who have access to men willing to pay premium out- of-pocket charges for modern and proven health advancing services. You will build partnerships that benefit all parties. Those partners will help AndroMagnus promote our range of services. - Attend outside sales and community events to establish new leads, schedule patient evaluations and sell products and services offered by AndroMagnus to new clientele. - Utilize warm and cold calling techniques to reach out to prospective businesses and educate them about the benefits of our services. - Collaborate with the executive team to meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies. - Maintain accurate records of sales interactions and transactions using Salesforce or similar CRM software. - Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. IDEAL CANDIDATE - 2 years experience in B2C or B2B sales. - Strong proficiency in English communication - both written and verbal. - Experience in medical/spa sales, preferred, but not required. - Familiarity with CRM software is a plus. - Knowledge of outside sales techniques and business development strategies. - Customer service-oriented approach with excellent interpersonal skills. - Ability to engage in cold calling practices to generate leads effectively. JOB TYPE: Part-time and Contract PAY: Total $50K to $90K Annually -- Provided as $250 to $500 cash per week, AND monthly sales commission of $3K - $5K and above, UNCAPPED.
