We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Regional Sales Manager in Florida to drive growth. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales, the Regional Sales Manager will lead efforts to secure and grow re-occurring contracts. They will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage complex agreements and ensure their successful implementation and profitability. The role requires strategic planning, strong relationship- building skills, and the ability to deliver value-driven solutions to clients. Education * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required Experience * 5+ years in a sales and sales management * Proven experience in selling a structured value proposition and securing construction contracts * Demonstrated success managing complex agreements with clients, including accounts exceeding $15M in sales. Key Responsibilities * Business Development: Identify, pursue, and secure contracts in the construction trades, ensuring compliance and profitability. This includes the involvement in trade shows, events, and live presentations (in person and via web). * Relationship Management: Build and maintain corporate and site-specific relationships within state and local agencies, focusing on accounts with significant strategic impact or sales greater than $10M. * Contract Implementation: Lead the development and execution of contract scopes, aligning the company's value proposition with customer needs and ensuring compliance with agreements. Quarterly review/analysis of contract usage and fund availability. * Account Penetration: Expand existing accounts by enhancing customer engagement at local sites and increasing overall share of customer spend. * Measurement & Compliance: Develop methodologies to measure compliance with strategic agreements, ensuring revenue growth and profitability exceed expectations. * Sales Execution: Deliver tailored presentations, proposals, and negotiations to meet client requirements and drive contract success. * Collaboration: Work effectively with internal regional-based teams, including operations, finance, training, and project management, to ensure seamless contract execution and customer satisfaction. * Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, procurement cycles, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
