Real Estate Listing Agent (Commission) The Ken Van Every Team | Keller Williams The Ken Van Every Team consistently delivers premium service to our home sellers. As a listing agent you are committed to being master of your craft, uncovering motivation, building rapport, helping sellers prepare for market, and negotiating on the seller's behalf. You will focus on dollar productive activities while our listing team takes care of all the details and supports sellers with white-glove service. Responsibilities * Achieve the best deal possible for the seller by conducting market analysis to determine the listing price * Coordinate your support team to stage and market homes for sellers to attract potential buyers quickly * Understand the current market and help sellers with strategies * Master the listing conversations with sellers to help them through - pricing, home preparation, showings, inspections, negotiations. * Provide weekly feedback to home sellers to keep them informed and help them make decisions * Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings * Respond to all inquiries to convert leads into listing appointments * Prospecting for new listings * Schedule and conduct listing consultations with potential sellers Qualifications * A valid Real Estate License is required before working with clients (FREE Real Estate School Available Apply for more info!) * At track record in sales and/or customer service is desirable. * Team player who can work effectively with support and follow proven processes * Ability quickly learn and effectively use technologies * Authorized to work in the US About The Ken Van Every Team | Keller Williams The Ken Van Every Team is passionate about helping agents build businesses and reach their personal and financial goals.
