CA-based Top Performing CKS insurance Agency is looking for a licensed agent to support and grow our IRVINE office. Fast-paced, friendly, professional work environment. Ideal candidate must have 2+ years insurance experience including sales and/or service. Professional phone skills, proven sales/service record and helpful personality a plus. Madarin speaking a plus. Base salary plus commissions and bonus. Unlimited earning potential

Duties

Include:

• Be entheusiatic to handle company assigned leads and convert leads with basic sale skills
• Proficient in quoting , binding and issuing Auto, Home and commercial policies with our partner carriers
• be customer friendly and willing to handle billing and claim issues
• Actively Assist with principal agent with renewals and other policy services

Requirements

: MUST be PROPERTY AND CASUALTY licensed OR be able to pass state license exam Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients Confident self-starter who works well independently Excellent verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills Strong computer skills to learn and work within multiple quoting systems Bilingual proficiency in English and mandarin Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
