As a Dental Treatment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our dental team and our patients. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate effective communication regarding treatment options, financial arrangements, and scheduling. You will be instrumental in cultivating strong patient relationships, ensuring their comfort, and guiding them through their treatment decisions. - Patient Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with patients by providing exceptional customer service and support. Listen to their concerns and address their needs to enhance their overall experience. - Treatment Acceptance: Educate patients on recommended treatment plans, emphasizing the benefits and importance of dental care. Use your sales skills to encourage patients to accept necessary treatments while ensuring they feel informed and valued. - Financial Coordination: Discuss treatment costs, insurance options, and payment plans with patients, ensuring transparency and understanding to facilitate informed decisions. - Collaboration: Work closely with the dental team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care. Qualifications: - Previous experience in a sales or healthcare setting is preferred. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on patient- centered care. - Proven sales experience with the ability to influence and encourage treatment acceptance. - Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus.
