Motorcycle Sales Associates are responsible for working with customers to find the best Harley-Davidson to successfully fulfill their riding desires. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY, we provide training, but you MUST be passionate about riding motorcycles and open minded! Do you love to talk, meet people, share our passion? We are seeking Motorcycle enthusiasts who are honest, motivated, outgoing high energy self-starters to fill this position. Candidates must be willing to provide the highest level of customer service in helping others become a part of the world's greatest motorcycle brand. We provide the training you need to succeed in an exciting and lucrative career! Major Responsibilities * Adhere to structured and successfully proven processes * Thorough follow up for all sales prospects * Manage customer transaction and ensure a positive purchasing experience * Welcome guests to the dealership * Ensure that the motorcycle is the right "fit" for the customer * Demo Rides * Appointment Scheduling * Proactive with potential customers/leads and follow through on confirmed dealership appointments.
