Summary As a Residential Sales representative at WeatherPro Exteriors, you will play a vital role in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers through cold calling and direct sales efforts to generate leads.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase our roofing, siding, and window solutions.
• Utilize Salesforce to track leads, manage customer relationships, and report on sales activities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with the installation team to ensure customer expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our services in the market.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to enhance overall client satisfaction.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in inside or direct sales, preferably within the home services industry.
• Strong cold calling skills with a track record of generating leads and closing sales.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Ability to conduct engaging product demonstrations that highlight the benefits of our services.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
• Retail sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
