Great Opportunity Service Technician/Diesel Mechanic Next2New is a Repair Shop-Auto Dealer that has been in business for 25 years and we are located on west 12th Street & Marion Rd in Sioux Falls. All levels of experience are welcome to apply, although we prefer a minimum of 5 years in a full service shop. We offer a very competitive pay to start. Your pay is based off of your experience and knowledge. This is a full time position with a minimum of 40 hours per week, with a potential for overtime. BENEFITS: We offer IRA with a 3% match Flexible Schedule Paid Holiday Vacation after 1 year We are open Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards. Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair. Save and tag parts if the job is under warranty or if requested by the customer. Examine the vehicle to determine if additional safety or service work is required. Notify service advisor immediately if repairs cannot be completed within the time promised. Must have own tools. Road-test vehicles when required, keeping in mind that the customer vehicle should not be used for personal errands. Ensure that customers & cars are kept clean. Keep shop area neat, clean, and be able to account for all dealership-owned tools at all times. Must follow all company safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor Qualifications: Prefer 5 years of technician experience High school diploma or the equivalent Valid driver's license and a good driving record All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA Engine overhaul experience, complete set of tools, must be able to follow directions, be reliable, and have a good attitude hc7132
