*We 're looking for a retail Sales Lead (keyholder) that's passionate about supporting unique style, creative spirits and small business as well as being a Wide Brim brand ambassador! This rock star will help manage our store located in The Hotel Drover, Autograph Collection inside of The Stockyards, Fort Worth, TX. For Fast response, Apply HERE: [please apply online] DAILY JOB REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE: * Positively represent Wide Brim inside and outside the store * Overseeing daily retail operations * Developing and implementing growth strategies for sales and team * Manage timely and accurate shipping + BOPIS orders for online closet * Training sales staff * Delegate responsibilities to sales staff * Coaching and developing sales floor procedures and policies * Personal ongoing self-development and personal growth as an employee * Open and/or close the store * Knowledge and excitement for our small business * Create a fun and smooth customer experience * Motivate the team to meet and exceed team's sales goals * Process inventory * Point of sale whiz * Loss prevention assistance * Special events assistance * Periodic after-hours event assistance LIKE WE SAID, WE'RE LOOKING FOR ROCK STARS! WE ALSO EXPECT THE FOLLOWING: * Initiate authentic client connections post-sale through communication via social media, e-mail, hand-written notes and phone calls daily and weekly * Embody and represent the company culture on the sales floor while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures * Maintain customer communication, data, appointments and sales tracking * Assist on all aspects of the customer experience through fit sessions and meetings * Contribute to in-store meetings and walk-throughs * Communicate customer feedback * Offer community resources and local recommendations for customers (ex. tailor, restaurants, dry cleaners, etc.) Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule Shift: * Day shift Experience: * retail: 1 year (Required) Ability to Commute: * Fort Worth, TX 76164 (Required) Work Location: In person
