Responsibilities: * Agent Recruitment and Onboarding: * Develop and implement effective strategies for recruiting top-tier real estate agents. * Conduct interviews and collaborate with Agents to bring in high-potential talent. * Lead the onboarding process to ensure a seamless integration for new agents into our brokerage. * Team Building and Leadership: * Foster a positive and collaborative team culture. * Provide mentorship and guidance to agents to enhance their skills and productivity. * Develop and execute training programs to elevate the performance of the entire team. * Agent Success and Productivity: * Implement performance metrics and goals to drive agent success. * Work closely with agents to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback. * Utilize technology and tools to streamline workflows and increase overall team productivity. * Business Development: * Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute business growth strategies. * Identify opportunities to expand market share and increase profitability. * Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to make informed business decisions. Qualifications: * Proven experience as a successful Real Estate Team Leader or similar role. * Strong track record of recruiting and retaining high-performing real estate agents. * Exceptional leadership and communication skills. * In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends and industry best practices. * Ability to develop and execute effective business strategies.
