You must thrive in a fast- paced environment and be able to handle phone volume overflow, and up to 3000 internet leads per month. Requirements: * Previous Automotive BDC Experience * Complete Sales Mastery Certification * Competency using Sales CRM, DMS, OEM PORTALS, PHONE SYSTEMS * Ensure team level competencies * Maintain the guidelines set forth to meet KPI's.
