Full description of the position

This is a truly rewarding Business-to-Business position that offers one of the strongest compensation structures in the industry, flexible schedules with no nights, weekends or holidays. Are you ready to start a career where you work for YOU? We are seeking to bring on 3 new motivated individuals to come build their own business with our Indianapolis team. Our comp plan is a 4-tier plan which consists of commission, bonus, residuals and stock bonus. If you are not currently licensed we will assist you with enrolling into an online study course ($44), scheduling your exam ($69) and applying for your licensing ($54). Aflac associates work directly with business owners to deliver voluntary benefits for their employees. You will schedule meetings with these business through walking through doors, making phone calls (shadowing an experienced leader and scripts provided) and most importantly referrals. We also have existing accounts which will need serviced! $3,000-$4,000 Bonus Potential in First 3 Months This position is not for everyone, but if you are motivated, willing to learn and looking for a career (not a job) without a ceiling of income potential, this might just be what you have been looking for.
