Overview: Medical Construction Sales Representative Base Salary $90K+ Total Compensation $150K+ We are looking for a passionate salesperson to join our team. We are a VALUES-based organization guided by the principles of Vision, Excellence, Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, Achieve and Serve which is an integral part of our company's success. * RESPONSIBILITIES * Plan and execute effective presentations and sales calls, identifying needs, developing and offering solutions * Cultivate strategic relationships and assure customer satisfaction * Develop territory business plan targeted for growth, positioned towards company strike zones to meet goals and objectives * Manage strategic relationships - Develop functional list and winning strategies aligned to repeat opportunities * Proactively target potential clients through cold-call leads, responsive follow-up to incoming leads and prospects * Advance leads and maintain $40 Million Pipeline Opportunities of potential sales * 30-40% travel required while also using remote communication via phone, email and web-based conferencing. * Maintain customer data in the CRM (NetSuite), updating all leads and prospects in a timely manner. * Assess opportunities and engage prospects involved in high-energy (MV/MeV) radiation shielding projects and project development * Update Sales Opportunities, including schedules and activities, in the CRM system (NetSuite) * Manage Sales process from initial contact through design, construction, and turnover phase of projects - be the point of contact for the entire sales process. * Understand the features and benefits of all product and solutions offerings, and how to communicate to all levels. * Participate in trade shows, events and any other activities defined and required by management. * Attend and participate in weekly meetings, and support cross functional team initiatives. * Serve by being a good steward and helping others in need. * QUALIFICATIONS * 5+ years of sales experience, with a strong track record of accomplishments, beating established goals. A history of success working in companies with higher costs over competitors is advantageous * Experience in a construction or project management environment * Experience in reading or viewing product specifications, plans and documentations is beneficial * Able to delegate team tasks and manage others to complete project deliverables; Collaboration focused results * Competitive, aggressive hunter like mindset and is comfortable asking for the order * Must have a Valid Driver's License and Passport. This position involves driving and flying to various locations, some of which may be healthcare entities requiring appropriate accreditations. * Bachelor's Degree or related experience * NOT REQUIRED BUT OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WOULD HAVE * Clinical or Healthcare related industry experience * Understanding the technology behind radiation shielding * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Experience with CRM systems, preferably NetSuite. * BENEFITS * PTO * Health, Vision, Dental Insurance * 401K * Excellent compensation package with strong commission structure Veterans Are Encouraged to Apply_
