We're looking for a dedicated Real Estate Assistant to become an integral part of our dynamic, high-performing team based in Northern Virginia. With the upcoming launch of Zillow Flex , a state-of-the-art office setting , and one of the largest social media followings in the DMV area --garnering over 10 million monthly views across Instagram and YouTube-- this is a fantastic chance to grow alongside us. Key Responsibilities Include: Delivering vital administrative support and managing agent transactions * Coordinating listings, updating MLS, arranging signage, and scheduling photography * Maintaining timely and clear communication with clients, vendors, and team members * Scheduling showings, inspections, and closing meetings * * Assisting with marketing efforts including social media content creation, email campaigns, and CRM upkeep Who We 're Looking For: * Highly organized with outstanding time management abilities * Effective communicator, both verbally and in writing * Tech-savvy, proactive, and solution-driven * Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment Eager to build a successful career in real estate * Perk: Work alongside agents who close 50+ transactions annually. Visit: [please apply online] Follow us on Instagram: [please apply online] Responsibilities * Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch * Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes * Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients' search criteria * Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients * Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week * Participate in weekly script practice per team standards * Participate in team activities per team standards * Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call * Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology Qualifications You are energized by working with people and pride yourself in your ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
