Summary: Join our team as a Sales Manager Assistant and support the daily operations of our new- and used-vehicle sales departments. You'll play a key role in handling administrative tasks, helping our sales managers run an efficient and successful department. Key Responsibilities: * Assist in managing and scheduling department staff to ensure smooth operations. * Handle administrative tasks to support sales goals and improve department efficiency. * Help develop budgets, forecast goals, and track progress for both the team and individual salespeople. * Assist in inventory management and ensure dealership policies are followed. * Collaborate on sales meetings, regulatory compliance, and cross-department teamwork. Qualifications: * Strong organizational, administrative, and computer skills. * Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal. * Basic math skills for sales reporting and analysis. * Ability to problem-solve and work well in a fast-paced environment.
